Mosaic Tile installations are site-specific and are designed to exist in the space for which they were created.

Katie’s Mosaic Process:

$50 Initial Consultation Fee- Used toward mosaic tile art.

Two price quotes:

1. Materials- tile, glue, grout, tools, sealer etc
2. Labor- Custom creative design, custom tile selection, purchasing materials, mosaic process

Process:

1. Consultation and Discussion- Initial visit to house to discuss mosaic and take measurements.
2. Design and Tile Selection- Creating and drafting mosaic and selection of tile options.
3. Demo- Proposing mosaic draft and together deciding on the perfect unique design.
4. Buying Tile and Material- 50% initial down payment.
5. Construction of Mosaic:
   - Grouting
   - Cleaning
   - Sealing
6. Delivery- the finally and final payment

*Certified receipt for appraisal and home resale.
* Extra services and time spent out side contract agreement will be billed at a $35 hourly rate.
